SYNOPSIS
A dancing body can become an element of rebellion against a radical political system. Eternal focuses on the body during the Arab Spring, a political movement that opposes existing social and political systems in the Middle East and North Africa. During protests, symbolic gestures and dance movements are generated that have an unconscious and powerful influence on the individuals present at the riot. Rhythmic and synchronized movements created against authority. What happens if these gestures are abstracted from this context? In this performance, Bassam Abou Diab talks about the relationship he has with his "Big Brother" and presents rebellious dance sequences that he created to oppose this authority.
